La Concha Pool Apartment is a spacious 70m2 ground floor apartment overlooking the pool, located just 100 metres from the beautiful beaches of El Cotillo. It ideally accommodates 4 people, has a kitchen, a living room with a dining table and a flat screen smart TV. Guests will sleep on 1 extra large double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. There is also a children’s playroom with a lowered ceiling with a bed and storage space for beach equipment & children’s toys 🙂

Please note that this is pool level (ground floor) apartment with direct access to the pool area in the interior of the building. It has no balcony or terrace. It is very popular with families with small children for the safe, stairs-free position & view of the children in the pool from the living room.
